Flinders University Art Museum
Flinders University Art Museum (FUAM) is a dynamic and respected platform for the visual arts and custodian of more than 6,500 original works of art, including nationally significant holdings of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander work.
We unite art with the activities and environment of the Flinders campus, contributing directly to the cultural life of the University and wider community by encouraging engagement through our public programs, research, and the exchange of ideas. We exhibit contemporary and historical works of art from the University Art Collection, as well as from public and private collections from around Australia and the world.
Believing in the power of art to excite the senses, inspire the imagination and foster new ways of thinking, we are committed to preserving and developing the University’s historical and contemporary collections, and connecting people with them.
